I think someone got confused there - Mini Mania acquired 7 Mini Parts in 2022. We haven't been bought out by anyone.

 

Mini Mania is reorganizing, yes, but we are very much alive and kicking. We have product coming in, and orders shipping out, and a cadre of staff who very much love this company and are determined to see it succeed.

My understanding is that both Minimania and Seven Ent. were bought out by another party

I ordered a very small batch of parts right before finding out about the bankruptcy.    Oh well.    I guess I will order them elsewhere too.    And if Mini Mania ever fills my order, or cancels it, so be it.

 

 

This message warms my heart and I am so blessed to have read it this morning. It is a struggle, but a good one. And I am excited about the prospects of emerging stronger and better from the challenge.. I already see it happening.

+1 to hoping MiniMania survives.

I believe I speak for the entire Mini community when I say I want Mini Mania to make it through this. It's been difficult for many businesses especially since the Covid crisis and getting the world economy back on its' feet. Many businesses lost the fight. Mini Mania is important to the Mini community in order to keep this sometimes challenging vehicle on the road. I own 4 Minis and have depended on Mini Mania for over 15 years. Believe when I say, I'm praying Mini Mania will make it successfully to the other side of this event. A lot of people depend on your survival.

Mini Mania has been forced to file chapter 11 in order to reorganize its business.  The past couple of years have been difficult for Mini Mania and it is necessary for Mini Mania to use chapter 11 reorganization to fix its financial problems.  To make it very clear, Mini Mania will continue to remain in business and continue to operate its business and will do its best to keep the faith with its customers.  In the next few weeks, Mini Mania will be asking the Bankruptcy Court about our desire to honor as many deposits, gift cards and refund requests as we can.  There are lenders who we expect will oppose this.    

 

We know how important your Mini is and we are working hard to fulfill orders as fast as we can. We would ask for your continued support and patience as we navigate this difficult time.  We are not giving up.  We ask that you don’t give up on us.

Everyone seems to be having problems getting Mini Mania orders. I've got 3 orders dating back to 3/27/24. The total is $241. I made several phone calls to at least get the $168.60 refund for an alternator order I was forced to cancel and repurchase from another vendor. They kept slow rolling me for about 7 weeks. If you cancel an order, normally a company will refund your money within a few days. With the bankruptcy filing, I'm likely getting nothing now. I'm sure there's several customers in the same boat as me with likely larger loses.
