Are the cylinder heads of an N18 stripped down to nothing but the actual valve guides the exact same casting. I understand the camshafts are different due to changing the high pressure fuel pump. I'm in need of an answer. ARE THE CYLINDER HEADS BARE THE EXACT SAME CASTING
