MINI factory replacement gasket between the turbo and cylinder head. Gasket only.

Fits the following MINI Cooper S models with the B46/B48 4-cylinder 2.0 liter engine:

2014-2019 F56 MINI Cooper S Hardtop
2015-2019 F55 MINI Cooper S Hardtop 4-Door
2016-2019 F57 MINI Cooper S Convertible
2016-2019 F54 MINI Cooper S Clubman
2017-2019 F60 MINI Cooper S Countryman

NOTES:

  • Prime the Turbo when installing
  • Perform an oil change just before servicing the turbo, and again shortly after.
  • Do not re-use an old Oil Supply Line!
  • Refurbish the catalytic converter to eliminate any unusual back pressure built up from years and miles of contamination.  This is especially important if you've had a catastrophic turbo failure that dumped oil into the exhaust. Unusual backpressure will severely shorten the life of any new turbo.
  • We recommend oil changes at around 5k miles interval to keep the oil fresh.
  • Let the engine idle for a couple minutes after a long or hard drive to cool the turbo and prevent the oil from coking in the bearings.
