If fuel is overflowing the float bowl the needle valve is leaking. This may be caused by the float (GSU200) being misadjusted, stuck or leaking OR the needle may be fouled with a bit of grit or worn and not sealing. The needle is made of DuPont VITON that effectively resists deterioration of fuel additive like ethanol.
Shims to adjust height of needle and seat are available as part# CA90SHIM

I have a 65 mini with the 997 engine, 2 carbs, I think they are HS-2, the triangle tag is blue colored with AUD .15L and AUD. 15R on them. The float valve sticks closed so I want to get a new needle and seat.
