Cast aluminum intake manifold for twin HS2 or H4 (not HS4) carbs. This intake manifold has been carefully produced to minimize cross-port flow interference caused by the balance tube and has generous radii in all the right places. Further blending can be done if required for port match, but leave a rough-ground finish to promote fuel atomization. Do NOT polish!

Can this fit a 948 in an Austin sprite vintage race car?

Answer:

Technically yes, but the angle on the carbs once fitted is different and they sit closer to the engine to make room in the smaller Mini engine bay. If you need the factory type dual manifold we have good used one's that would be more appropriate.
