The revised tank neck of the MPi (twin- or multi-point injection) Classic Minis meant that the earlier, thicker 14A7057 tank neck grommet could not be used. This later version is flatter than the old style, and clears the cap properly for a nice installation. Can be retrofitted to any earlier Classic Mini Saloon, Pick-Up, Van or Estate as well, if needed to give clearance on a non-standard tank installation.
